We’re here for you. Take a look at some of the resources ITW offers to help you take care of your health and well-being.
Well-Being Resources
Life Assistance Program
It’s important to remember you and members of your household have free, confidential support through the Life Assistance Program. No matter what you’re going through, the Life Assistance Program can help. Go to the Life Assistance Program page to learn more.
Support When You Need It
You and members of your household can connect with a licensed clinican 24/7/365 in whatever way works for you — text message, chat, phone or video — for free.
MDLIVE
Can’t make it to the doctor? No problem! Through MDLIVE, you and family members enrolled in an ITW medical plan can visit virtually with a board-certified doctor from home. Visits are subject to medical plan costs. Doctors can diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions such as pink eye, the flu or a sore throat. They can even write a prescription in most states.
MDLIVE also offers virtual visits from board-certified doctors and licensed therapists for behavioral health issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and relationship concerns for you and covered family members enrolled in an ITW medical plan. Take advantage of this helpful resource and remember, if you need to reschedule or cancel, make sure you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. If not, you will be charged a $50 late fee for missed behavioral health appointments.
Sign up for a free MDLIVE account now so you’re ready when you need it. Call 1.888.676.4204 or visit mdlive.com.
Additional Telehealth Services
We know it can be tough to get to the doctor’s office anymore or maybe you’d feel more comfortable talking to your doctor from home. If your in-network provider in an ITW medical plan offers telehealth services, visit them virtually for the same cost as an in-person visit. Contact your provider or call 1.800.325.0320.
24/7 Nurseline
With this free service, you and your family members enrolled in an ITW medical plan can talk with a registered nurse to ask health questions, understand medications and get advice on next steps for care. Call 1.800.299.0274 for questions about:
- Asthma
- Dizziness and headaches
- Cuts or burns
- Back pain
- Diabetes
- A high fever
- And more
Preventive Care
Preventive care is one of the smartest things you can do for your health. It can help identify health issues before they become more serious and costly. All three medical plans cover eligible in-network preventive care at 100% with no deductible. Preventive care includes services such as well-baby care, annual physical exams, annual eye exams, immunizations, mammograms and colonoscopies.
The ITW Dental Plan pays for eligible routine in-network diagnostic and preventive care checkups at no cost to you.
